They even save all the information about the services you have received in the past- nail tech info, and even the colors you usually get. It's super cool. I usually do not get my nails done a lot because honestly who has the time....BUT i recently started to receive coupons through text from Venice Nails. I found this so legit because other salons don't ever do this! I even received 15% off for my birthday which i thought was cool, and 25% off for any other service that i wanted done New fave!!!

I haven't gotten my nails done in quite a while. I've been here before twice, but I didn't feel like I had experienced enough time here to write a review. Today I write this review because Amy was AWESOME. I'm usually really anxious when it comes to doing my nails because I want them to be "perfect". I could finally relax today and enjoy a little pamper me because Amy did an excellent job, she took the time to make sure everything was even and beautiful and just the way I wanted. I recommend this place, it's cute inside, they have a decent amount of colors to choose from and the pricing is reasonable.

P.S I got full set powder acrylics!

I was happy with my experience here. I needed to come here for a bit of self care as I hadn't had a pedicure in a long time. My toes were a bit gnarly and I was worried the technician wouldn't get it. Just months being stressed and finally having the chance to take a breath and take care of yourself.

Well, I was really happy with her, because she didn't make a face, was professional, where other nail salons wouldn't have, which would have made me more uncomfortable. I can't remember her name, but she was very understanding. She even made sure to take away the orange, for the foot bath, because of my citrus allergy. I remember another place told me it wouldn't hurt...uh yes it will. Rashes, puking do hurt.

My toes in the end looked beautiful and presentable all the while, my technician made me feel comfortable. This thanksgiving week, I'm hoping I can pop by again for another round of self care, but regardless, this place was inviting, relaxing, and made my feet cute again without making me feel bad about it.

Self care is important, and places that treat you well, despite having been in a tough situation before hand are well worth a revisit.

I just love the atmosphere the place is beautiful and staff did a good job on my nails. I will be back!!!

I absolutely love Venice Nails & Spa!! They have always done an amazing job every single time! Everyone is friendly and sweet. The owner, Chien, is almost always in the shop. I have been a customer here for over a year and will continue to use them as my nail salon.

Unfortunately, today I did have a bad experience. I do not know the name of the lady who did my nails today because she didn't have a name tag, but she was one of the worst I've had. She was wearing a red blouse under her pink scrub top and had blonde highlights and fake Chanel earrings on. She was immediately smug to me when I stated I did not want a pedicure, then proceeded to try and talk me into some sparkling dip powder that I kindly said no thank you to. Not only was she very rough with my fingers, but it was the fastest and sloppiest job I've had from here. She left a lot of sticky stuff under my nails and pink powder on my fingers. I am a loyal customer and I won't let this lady ruin my experiences here.

Next time, I will just call and make an appointment with Lee who has done my nails the last 2x I've been here. Lee is amazing!! She understood exactly what I wanted and was friendly and polite!! I hope management will just talk to their staff about politeness and taking their time. A nail salon is a place to relax and enjoy a little treat of pampering, not to be hurried out in order to move on to the next (which there wasn't that many people in there at the time, so they weren't overly crowded).

Omg Trina & Shara is AWESOME!!!! Came in from corpus with 2 broken nails and wanted a pedicure. And they did an awesome job!!!!! Trina worked on my feet for over an hour. Highly recommend!!!!!

My new go to place. Their shellac manicures look fresh and get compliments for the whole two weeks between my visits. They also have great customer service. I had to leave a long time locations due to poor customer service. Hoping to be a long time customer here.

If more than 5 stars were possible, then that's what I would put down. We had such a fantastic time! The service was incredible, and the staff very accommodating. My fianc and I both got the Venice deluxe pedicure and we highly recommend! He has only been to a few other salons with me, but he highly recommends them. I've been to lots of salons in Texas, NYC, and DC, and this was by far the best. The quality of the pedicure, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall feel of the place was great. Their prices were great and adequate for the service given, but after I got this pedicure I wouldn't have minded paying more. They spent an hour with us, and I will for sure be back if I'm ever I'm the Houston area.

Today was my first time visiting Venice Nails & Spa and I absolutely loved it!!! I've been to multiple nail salons, but this one is the best by far. The staff is very friendly and it is very clean. I went around 4:00 pm today, so it wasn't to busy. But it got busy 30 minutes after arriving, so if you are not willing to wait then make an appointment! I would recommend Sarah when getting a full nail set. She takes her time and makes sure you get the nails you are going for. 10/10

This is my go to for a mani and pedi in Sugar Land. Love that their shellac colors come with matching polish for pedicures. I recommend Lisa for pedicures. She's gentle and gives an amazing foot massage. I try not to be a needy customer, but there have been a time or two where I've had to come back the next day. In those instances, they've catered to me without hesitation. I decided to venture out and try matte nails. Not for me and a big mistake lol. I came in the next day and they exchanged it for a shiny coat without giving me an attitude. Love them!

Since my last review I have come back here probably 3 more times and wanted I give an update. One of those times I was not happy with the lady who did my shellac manicure and before leaving I expressed this to Jay at the front desk. He offered to fix it himself and he did. He also expressed to me during this time that in the past when people have not been satisfied with their nails they never say anything in person and then go home and write a negative review. I'm so glad he shared his perspective and I would really encourage all yelpers to bring up concerns in person if possible. Anyway I ended up getting a text message for a birthday discount so decided to treat myself to a manicure. When I called in I told Jay that I did not want the same lady who did my nails last time and he said that was not a problem. My manicure this time went great, the lady who did my nails was thorough and did a wonderful job, I love them! I really like this salon and it's definitely become my go to for shellac manicure or pedicure. I would highly recommend checking this location out!

I called before going in on a Friday afternoon & it was quite busy. Arrived at 1:45 pm for my 2 pm appt. Jay checked me in quickly & Eva got started on my nails a little before 2 pm. She was speedy! Jay told me the service would be about 45 min & I was out the door before 2:40. I'm so impressed by the quickness because my no-chip nail appts back in Chicago take about 1.5 hrs. Eva was sweet & checked with me on my shape throughout. No-chip cost $33, & first-time guests have 20% off with Yelp check-in. I would recommend this place for someone who needs to get in & out.

Small cozy nail salon seems the gentleman was the one in charge very courteous. I sat around for a little but all the ladies were booked! First time visiting found them on Yelp because I needed a place in the area I was in. Very smooth check in. I was greeted promptly and seated. I like books that have the color choices in them. And they have the matching shellac and regular polish together. I didn't like the matching polish for my fingers but she didn't mind letting me find another color. They were quick but took their time. I will definitely come back when in the area. If you live in Sugarland check them out!

I came here back in January and the experience I had was absolutely wonderful. As I sat down they asked me what I wanted to drink, which was sweet. I got a powder on my hands and a basic pedicure. Both ladies did a fabulous job. I wanted a super fancy looking manicure and they didn't disappoint with it. One of the gems I got fell off in the night, and so I came back the next day to fix it and they did it immediately. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

Second time here and no where else compares! They do such a great job! They take their time and use so much precision to make sure your nails leave perfect! I drive 30 minutes just to go here! I recommend jay for dip and Lee for pedicure.

To start off, I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. I trim my own cuticles and my nails are typically close to the shape I want before I go to any nail salons. They were really busy when I got there so there was a 30 minute wait. I wish they had actual seating area for guests waiting on service instead of having to wait at the nail drying station. Other than that, my nails came out great! I got the dipping powder and they fixed a chip I had made it thin enough to my liking. Overall, I'm satisfied with my nails and I will be coming back for a professional job.

Last minute, day before Mother's Day and here I am; Venice took care of me!!! I took my nails off 2 months ago to give them a rest and today, I said why not! I am SO pleased with my nails!!! Kelly took her time and was so precise! I am extremely picky about my nails and Kelly WOWED me!!! Pedicure done by Daisy. My feet were in bad shape when I walked in, but not anymore! She scrubbed on my feet and they look and feel AMAZING! Thank you Venice, Kelly & Daisy, I will definitely be back!!!

Went here on a Saturday afternoon and luckily had premade appointments because this place was PACKED! Although our appointment was for 2pm, we didn't get a nail tech until around 2:15/2:20 which was expected with the crowd. I was impressed that majority of their nail polish brands were either OPI or Essie, and they also carried OPI infinite shine and Essie gel! The only con I will say is that for these 2 (OPI infinite shine and Essie gel), they charged an extra $5 which I've never heard a place do. They said it's because the polishes would last longer. Otherwise a fairly clean place with over 15+ staff members so adequately staffed for the weekend.

This is the third time I've gone to Venice and their service always leaves me more than happy. Summer was my nail technician and she was super helpful with helping me choose a color and length! On my previous visit when I got acrylic, they didn't go up to my cuticle but Summer took extra care to make sure I was happy with my nails! Would definitely recommend!

My daughter got dip and I got shellac. Both are very beautiful. Salon was clean and staff was very friendly. Will go back.

The nail tech I had wasn't a talkative one, which I prefer. She focused on doing my dipping powder nails. She commented how the previous person had made my dip too thick so she did a great and pretty fast job on a new set of dipping powder making it a thin layer and nice. Price isn't bad with the 20% checkin discount.

They are a very neat place. They were very understand and the lady that did my nails was so nice. Highly recommended!! And I'm definitely going back.

I started going to Venice Nails and Spa this past month. I'm happy to say after 5 years of searching for a great nail salon, since moving to Sugar Land, I found. Solid place.

There's alot of staff/nail techs so I'm always able to get a walk-in appt and be helped promptly. Nobody tries to upsell me!!!! The nail techs are friendly and fast without sacrificing quality.

I'll start off by saying that I am quite picky about my nails so was skeptical to try a new place ..but this place did not disappoint! I made an appointment in advance just in case, I was greeted promptly and asked to choose my colors. The ladies started working on my nails right away and did a great job shaping and cutting my nails just how I had requested. I wasn't offered anything to drink but there is a list of available free drinks on the chair and honestly I wasn't thirsty anyway. The ladies did a great job with my shellac pedicure and manicure. I'm very happy with how it turned out and best of all they were fast and yet efficient. I would definitely recommend coming here for your mani/pedi needs. I will be back!

My new nail salon, I read great reviews and decided to check it out myself. I was a walk-in and was serviced right away. Staff was extremely kind and I got exactly what I asked for. I removed old nails from a different salon, got ombr acrylic, and added some glitter and jewels, pricing was very fair especially for such great service. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been going to Venice Nails & Spa for a few months now and I have no complaints. The shop is always clean and sanitary and there is never a harsh/strong chemical smell unlike most nail salons. Their prices may be considered on the pricier side for some, however, you get exactly what you pay for. I know first hand that when you go to a nail salon (or any establishment for that matter) with lower prices, the customer service is lower and so are the products and quality of service provided. I have always walked out of the salon satisfied and if there was an error or if a nail had to be repaired, it was taken care of as soon as possible without a complaint or question. Jay, the manager has been my nail tech and I'm grateful. He is fast but not rushed, straight forward but not rude and ALWAYS consistent. These are things that I personally appreciate from a nail salon, especially consistency. I also like their points system. I have a birthday coming up and was just sent a text for a % off so I will be treating myself to a spa pedicure before I leave for my trip. Clean shop... Very knowledgeable ladies... Very attentive and want to make sure they get your nails right.... I was accidentally overcharged but the lady promptly refunded the difference and was so apologetic.... I don't even like getting my nails done, but I'll definitely be back... This place may have changed my mind about nails.... They're not bulky and heavy like I have had in the past....

The woman doing my shellac / powder manicure did a great job on my fingernails, but was really skimpy on the massage, which is half the reason I came in... so that was a disappointment.
Otherwise perfect.
My real review is 4.5 stars, but since that is not an option, I will give 5 stars based on Lynn's Venice Spa Pedi. I will come again.

This is my go to place! I do not think I have ever left not happy. I always get dipping powder and Jay does amazing ! I have brought my partner, his mother who has taken her husband here, and we all love it. They have complimentary drinks for adults and children! I recommend coming here. They're open everyday and are great about walk ins.

I had Julie do my Shellac mani and Trina for Venice spa pedi. She gives good leg massage and was nice and didn't complain that I forgot to tell her to alternate red and black colors for my pedi. She took her time and was careful when doing the polka dot designs on my toes. I loved the Green Tea lotion-very cooling.
Julie was very sweet and patient. She answered my questions about rating the worst to the best for your nails manicures (gel, Shellac, powder, SNS powder, Acrylic- being the heaviest on your nail)
There's also no monthly membership. My mani was $30+$18 for designs on 6 nails (two on big toes)

After reading reviews about this nail salon I decided to give it a try. I was so tired of "salon hopping" in hopes to finally find "the one". This location is conveniently located literally two lights away from my home which is a plus. I called in hopes to book with Jay but was on vacation (bummer) but made an appointment anyway. I mentioned over the phone what I wanted and also mentioned the 15% off for new customers to the gentleman then proceeded to book. When I arrived the place was chemical smell free which I enjoyed. They do offer you complimentary beverages like bottled water, soda or wine. I opted for water. I initially wanted color powder but had a hard time finding the yellow I wanted. I'm NOT a fan of neon colors. Needless to say I opted for the acrylic with shellac in the yellow shade pictured. Ann did my nails and Summer did my pedicure(not pictured). Both ladies did a really great job and were very friendly and courteous. I did notice though that my nails are a little thin than what I normally get but didn't notice until after I left. Not a huge deal as all of my nails are still in tact! My entire experience was very good although I didn't receive the 15% discount for new customers as advertised and as I mentioned. Hopefully the manager will honor it on my next service as I tipped VERY well. Although Ann did a good job, I initially wanted Jay to bless my hands especially since Jay seems to be really good at the Coffin shape which is what I got. Maybe in about a week or so! All in all, 4 star nail salon! Thank you!

I'm extremely picky about nail salons and their cleanliness, and these folks meet my standard! Got the hotstone massage pedicure which was absolutely the best, nearly put me to sleep I was so Zen! There is a bit of a wait which is why this is only a 4 star review, but otherwise I will definitely be back again!

So yesterday was my first time discovering this gem! My mother and I went to celebrate her 30yrs on the job, and also pamper ourselves for our upcoming trip. This place was nothing short of amazing! The staff is super friendly, very precise, and detailed when it comes to your nails; and also one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. Very professional, and attentive, which I love! Both Zen and Lee were who worked on my mother and I, however everyone was very pleasant. Needless to say, they definitely just gained two more loyal clients. Can't wait to see them again!

I got my nails done with Q and I can confidently say I have never experienced such a quick service. I called ahead by only 15 minutes and asked if they could have me in and out in under an hour and he did!
My nails also looked great, considering how quickly he worked. He was quiet, but gentle and very nice. I would recommend him on tour next visit!

Such a great place for a pedicure. They list all the prices so you know exactly what to expect to pay. We walked in in and were helped right away. There was no wait!! Lee did my pedicure and did a fabulous job. She made sure I was comfortable and took her time to ensure she did a great job! Would definitely recommend her and Venice nail and spa!!!

My first time here was yesterday for a basic pedicure. I came to simply relax and be pampered. I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of Lee as my technician and she was very sweet and thorough in her service. I was not in a very talkative mood and wanted to just close my eyes and enjoy the massage chair. Their basic pedicure ($26) included a nice long leg massage. I noticed that Lee set a timer for each leg/foot so she did not short change me the time listed on the service menu. After the massage I received a hot towel wrap as well. For these services to be included in the cheapest pedicure offered was a nice touch. The salon was clean and professional. The polish was very neat. Lee even went back and used a brush with acetone to make sure NO polish was left on my skin. I will be returning to this salon.

Very friendly and although it seemed busy they got me in right away as a walk-in. Nice atmosphere. The only complaint is I didn't see the tools they used from me come from a new bag, they were soaking in a solution but not sterilized like other salons I typically go to.

I had a great experience at Venice, they treated me really well. The environment is always peaceful, despite traffic in and out of the shop. The nail technicians are also very attentive and commit to ensuring that you leave completely satisfied with your nails. I had the Spa Special Manicure as well as a Shellac pedi, and both Eva and Mai did a fantastic job!

I think this may be my new go-to nail shop and I will most definitely recommend to other potential customers.

Yesterday was my first time coming to this salon, and I truly enjoyed the experience. Everyone was so nice and the nail technicians did not talk to each other, which created a much more relaxing experience . I just wish they had more colors.

Trina does on excellent pedicure with very relaxing foot and leg massage. Everything is clean including tub liners and wrapped pedicure tools. Massage lotion choices are very nice. A little more expensive but quality was worth it to me.

I've recently moved to sugar land and was looking for a new nail place. After trying out a handful of places, I can say I've found my new nail place. I keep my nails done primarily with shellac or dip. Jay does a great job and really cares that his customers are happy when they leave. I'm glad I gave this place a try and have been coming back ever since.

This place is always busy. They strongly encourage folks to make appointments, and show up on time. This location is definitely more high end on the spectrum of Houston nail salons. They offer complimentary liquids, a rewards program and various levels of spa treatment pedicures. They also have waxing services and do acrylics. I got a shellac manicure and it was $30 but $27 with the first time customer check in yelp coupon. A basic pedicure starts at $26 so I didn't get one here, but if you're looking for a high end, quality experience, this spa is the way to go! They also have an abundent amount of parking outside and are located in a plaza. They accept tip on cards but as always, I advise you tip in cash!

I've been going to Venice nails for almost a year and I'm always happy, which is the reason I continue to go back. I can't say that about ANY other nail salon in Houston. I'm extremely particular and most often prefer to shape and paint my nails myself because I usually do a better job. That's not the case here.
They are honest and do not try to up-sell you.
Also, the owner works hard and truly tries to please customers. I appreciate the work ethic and attention to customer service.
I bring my own polish (because I am SO picky), but they do have an excellent selection.

It was my first time coming here and I was excited because of the reviews! They definitely live up to their reviews and I'm glad I came here. My mom and I enjoyed the service we were given and are very satisfied. They are very detail oriented and clean with their work and we will definitely be coming back!

Very pleased with my nails! Albeit pricey, the ambiance and attentiveness of the workers made this a wonderful and relaxing experience well worth the price. Especially appreciated the care that was taken to ensure I got the look that I wanted. My prom look will be amazing thanks to Terry!

I think I have my new nail salon. Everything was great. If I had to criticize is say it was a long wait, but I was a walk in. I think next time I'll make an appointment. Cathy was great. It was pretty quiet, not a lot of chatter and few people gabbing on their phones but they were pretty quiet about it (I hate it when you're at a salon or something and someone is just gabbing away on their cell. It's rude to the person giving your mani/pedi and inconsiderate to other patrons.) The quiet atmosphere was relaxing, there was not hustle and bustle trying to get clients out as fast as they could so they could get to the next person. I got the shellac mani. I was expecting something more than just the shellac and a little lotion, but she took her time with my nails and the quality of her work was awesome. Next time I'll read the mani selection more closely (I didn't really pay attention). The prices are average, but the quality is astounding I can't wait to try a pedicure.

The best nail shop in Sugar Land. Lilly is by far the best manicurist. She has mastered the art of Shellac. Tammy and Cathy will provide the best pedicure experience, a thorough but delicate job. love the complimentary wine and Wifi service.

I was in the area and decided to give Venice a try. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. The place was very clean. I came in for a pedicure and my technician, Tammy, took care of me. No one pushed for an upsell or suggests additional services. Very relaxing environment. Technicians did not chit chat with each other which made it relaxing. Would highly recommend! Thanks for the great service and will be back next time!

This is a really nice place. Nice design and the best massage chairs I've ever used! The attached photo shows what I asked for on the left and my hand on the right. Keep in mind it was a photo from Pinterest that I'm sure had a filter on it, and also keep in mind that my hands are pasty white... but I was extremely pleased with how close to the photo the nails came out. They're just what I wanted. That being said, they were more expensive than my usual nail style ($58). But on this occasion I'm glad I shelled out for what I wanted, and since they were acrylic I can get them refilled. I also had the basic pedicure for $26 and it was really nice, my feet feel great. Next time I bet I can save some money by getting dip or shellac. The color selection is insane so don't worry about not being able to find anything!

Definitely going to return.

Overall the service was great. It was my first time. They took us in at the last minute for three of us. Fumes are strong when you walk in and the technician that did my manicure cut into my skin which is the only reason I gave a four star. Otherwise the other technicians were amazing. Plan to try them again.

I moved to Missouri City over a year ago and I think I've found my mani & pedi spot. I went here based off the ratings because I did not have time to read the reviews.

There was plenty of parking, especially on a Saturday afternoon & there were a handful of restaurants in the shopping complex I'd like to check out in the near future.

As I walked in I was greeted immediately & then asked to sign in. After I picked out my color, I was seated & offered a complimentary beverage (went w/the white wine). They had relaxing music playing in the background & the staff was friendly but did not chat with each other like at other places I've been to. I found it weird at first but it really created a relaxing environment.

I did a basic mani & pedi (42$) & received a nice massage on my legs, feet, arms & hands. Cathy did not get lotion all over my rings and did a wonderful job w/my polish, especially because I chose a sheer white (hard to even out the color). Lastly, I also liked how I didn't have to dry my hands on a greasy table because the nail dry station table top was a soft foam material versus granite. I will definitely become a regular.

I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment and within 5 minutes was seated. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. I chose the Venice Deluxe pedi. It was wonderful! I took advantage of the 10 min massage too. Rose was very sweet and asked throughout my treatment if I was ok and happy. I will definitely make this my number 1 pedi stop. Lots of parking and very relaxing!

This place was EXCELLENT. I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again. The atmosphere was so relaxing. I had Cathy on my pedi, not sure who my husband had but they were both AMAZING. We got the full package pedis (20 min massage, hot stones, cucumber & hot towel wraps, orange scrubs, hot wax, etc) and I also did a basic color change on my hands. They were all very polite, very professional, just excellent excellent service. Another thing, the woman who did my polish change actually took the time to put clear polish on my nail before putting the dark blue polish I'd picked out. Anyone who knows polish knows those dark colors can leave a color tint behind after removing. It has been rare in my past experiences for someone to go out of their way to put the clear FIRST without being asked to do so. I could go on for days about this place. Just EXCELLENT. My husband has VERY high standards and for him to not have a single complaint, that says a lot!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

I love this place. I don't love getting my nails done because it takes time every two weeks but I love how polished nails look. If I don't have shellac, then my nails just split and peel. This salon is great. I go to Zen and she is meticulous and my shellac lasts. I went through a few nail salons before I found this one.

I had Terry do my ombr powder mani and Tina for Venice spa pedi. Tina gives good massage and cares for my feet by feeling for dry patches and goes back to redo it. I chose Green Tea scent-smelled very good and relaxing. I had two different shades of blue and silver glitter on top of one shade of aqua blue. Terry was knowledgeable and recommended me to do powder because Shellac ombr would be impossible. I had "Hawaii/mermaid" nails see attached. Terry took her time and did awesome job! Especially when I'm the only customer who chose these colors (she usually does French pink white colors) She used two different shades of blue and silver glitter on top.

This place was super awesome! I was taken care of very quickly and treated well the entire time. They helped me pick out my perfect color and didn't try to up-sell me on anything, which I really appreciate. Terry did my mani & she was very kind & did a phenomenal job. I can't remember the lady's name that did my pedi, but she did a great job as well! It was a little pricey, but you pay for what you get right? All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend to others :)

I have literally been to almost every single salon in my vicinity and finally I have found a place that isn't crazy expensive but still has good customer service and actually does my nails correctly. The ladies that work here and even the man working front desk were incredibly kind and nothing like the people you usually encounter at nail salons! They have a great color selection and they do an amazing job! $26 pedicure and $30 shellac manicures! That's a steal for the service they provide!! I also noticed how clean the salon was, that's not common either. I couldn't be more happy, Rose and Linda were amazing I'm definitely coming back here!!

This is the best nail salon I have been to! Forget Sweet Escape. The prices here are very decent and the nail techs are actually friendly. I appreciated that none of them were having side conversations where I worried that they were making fun of me, and that instead they spoke TO me.
I think my favorite part of the whole thing was that when you pick your shellac color for your hands they have a non shellac match already for your toes. Such a small feature but so convienent.

The manager was also very friendly during my checkout. During my checkout process, my nail tech accidentally wrote down signature pedi on my ticket when I got the basic done. The manager didn't argue with me or the stylist. He simply asked her and she corrected her mistake.

I will definitely be coming back!

After moving last week to the area, I was stressed about locating all my new local spots. A friend of mine recommended Venice Nails & Spa. I am so happy I came here today!! To be honest this is probably the best nail experience I've had. Lucy and Cathy were my nail girls and did wonderful work. Not once did I have to give any instruction regarding my nails. They both took great care of me making sure my nails were absolutely perfect. Totally recommend!

Beautiful salon. I like how you check in on the iPad when you arrive. I got a shellac manicure and a pedicure. There are a lot of shellac colors to choose from. Lily and Donna were great! My nails are perfect. The massage chairs are AMAZING! Very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely return.

The only issue is that i was told my manicure was $30 and ended up paying $40 after because of the color i chose or something ? Otherwise didn't matter because they looked good. This is my second time here. The first time was good. But this time around my nail tech was Linda! Let me just say she was amazing! I will definitely be back to do a pedicure and my shellac with her again. She did an amazing job and was such a perfectionist! Definitely recomend her.

It is super clean and everyone is extremely sweet. Terry worked on my nails and Rose on my pedicure. I was impressed by their skill and patience! (I accidental bumped my foot and ruined 3 of my toes. Rose fixed them quickly and was so sweet about it!)

First time at Venice today and I think I found my new go-to nail shop.
I asked for a pedicure and a full-set. Rose worked on my toes and Lucy did my acrylics. Both girls were absolutely amazing and did a great job.
The shop is super clean and relaxing. All the furniture looked brand new and it smelt great inside. The chairs were super comfy and they even give you pillows to relax with. Everybody at the shop was super friendly. I can't wait to go back.

Jay does the best coffin shape that's what the 5 stars is for it's so hard to find nail salons who can really do it nicely. Calm environment and really cool sink lol paid $45 for my full set + $5 for take off old full set and $26 for the basic pedicure.

This was my first time at Venice Nails & Spa and I will definitely be returning to see Zen. She took her time with me from the beginning when helping me choose the best option for my powder dip all the way to the end staying past closing time just to ensure she provided quality work. When she finished I pointed out any imperfections and she was happy to fix it for me which I appreciated the good attitude about it especially since the salon was closed and I was the only one left, she didn't rush me at all. She did my powder dip very different than any other nail salon, in a good way though, there were a lot of extra things she did that I really enjoyed. She explained that the extra steps she took would make my powder dip last much longer so I am excited to see that happen.

The only thing I wish I would have known about was the 10% that I just read on Yelp for first time customers. I received a text message to click on this link to tell them how I felt about my experience and that's when I saw the 10% off on Yelp so I wish I would have known so I could have applied it to my bill.

So glad I found this nail salon. Immaculate, very courteous staff, appointment time honored, great assortment of colors, options for powder, dipping etc. The best pedicure I have had in a very long time and Jay always gets my nails perfect each time. Thank you Venice!

This was my first time at this salon. My normal nail place is usually a zoo on Sundays so I decided to venture to Yelp to see what else was out there. The salon was very clean and quiet. The nail tech was very professional and didn't try to add additional services on the slide like other nail salons do. Since it was my first time, I just did a pedicure. Donna was great and I will definitely be returning to her!

I had a VERY relaxing time. Jay did my nails and was very efficient. They turned out beautiful. The place was busy but wasn't loud at all. Very gentle piano music was playing and the TVs were muted which I appreciated.
I was previously visiting the Sweet Escape Nail Lounge and hated every visit there. The team at Sweet Escape Nail Lounge we're always rude, seemed rushed, and WAY over charged or tried to upsell through the whole appointment .

I Decided it was time to find somewhere else and that I did! Thank you SO much to Jay and the team at Venice Nails & Spa for the wonderful treatment. Will be back for sure.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and it didn't disappoint! It has to be one of the nicest salons I've been to being that I rarely get my nails done (it's been 2 years since I last pampered myself...busy mom with 2 littles). The staff were very nice and my mani/pedi was very relaxing and peaceful. It was my first time getting shellac and I have to say I like it a lot and I asked for a flower design on my pedicure which was a very nice freehand design. Can't wait to come back!

Been here 4 or 5 times since it opened and had the best service. Owner is awesome, huge selection of dipping powder, I think I’m done going to the places close to my house. My daughter and I love this place.

Tracy was awesome. The shop was clean. Complimentary beverages with any service. Great conversation. Plentiful color selection. I was only in town for a short while and feel grateful to run across this place. Next time I'm in town I will likely come here again if I need my nails done. I have long natural nails and not everyone knows how to handle them (aka not treat them like fake nails when getting manicure service).

BEST place in Sugar Land. They do the new dipping as well as offer 6 different pedicure packages. They serve free coffee, tea and wine. Great experience.

I have been looking for my go-to nail salon since I moved here 1.5 years ago. It wasn't until this last minute trip to Venice Nails when I found my new place. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was told I'd have about a 30 min wait, which was totally fine. I didn't even end up waiting the full 30 mins before I was called back. While I waited I decided on a color, they have a great selection of shellac colors and I'm thinking of doing dip powder next time I go. My tech was great and very very thorough, she was a perfectionist at getting everything looking great and I am so so please with how it turned out. Customer service from this place was top notch and everyone there seemed friendly. If you're in the area or live here, definitely check them out!

Love this place! Ivy always does my nails (dip manicure) and always does a fantastic job! She always takes her time and makes sure they're the length and shape I want. Plus, they last 3 weeks with absolutely no chipping, they just get so long that I have to come back in!

I tried Venice nails out for the first time a few weeks ago and I'm still very happy with my nails! I visited on a Sunday & recommend calling ahead because they got pretty busy.

I got an acrylic refill with Coffin shape and holographic powder for $38 which I was super excited about. The girl who did my nails name was Lee, she was really funny and did a great job. My nails were lifting and she fixed all of that! It's been about two weeks and I still don't have any problems aside from the fact that they've grown out, I'm back at Uni, and can't have her do them again until I'm home.

Needed a new salon and happened to waltz right into this one. I desperately needed a dip powder refill one night and the owner stayed past closing hours to make sure my nails were done correctly. With that kind of customer service, I'm more than willing to be a loyal customer. I've been coming here religiously every two weeks for about 6 months and I have never had a bad experience. My girl Zen is so incredibly nice and she manages to go above and beyond every time! I always love my nails!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed their amazing services today. I found my signature dipping color. We both enjoyed relaxing pedicures. Very friendly staff.

Made an appointment through Yelp chat and they were very responsive. It took a bit of time (20-25 min) before they were actually able to sit me down and start on my nails but that included me looking at the dipping colors. The nails turned out beautifully and I'm obsessed! Used white dipping nails and this gold foil that has some greens and reds in it. Gorgeous!

My black dress over the weekend dyed the white a grayish beige color but I stopped back in Tuesday and they quickly used Acetone to clean them off. They are nice and bright white again!

Employees, especially Rose, is friendly and nice. The manager even stayed late one night during the holidays to fix my nails after I accidentally mess them up (they weren't as dry as I thought), and the atmosphere is nice, clean, and inviting.

I been in search of a permanent nail salon for awhile now and Venice Nails & Spa has really got me hooked!! I got my dipping powder set done by Jay twice and pedi once by Ivy and this time by Linda. Their customer service really stands out. Jay rmmrs all of his clients by name and their stories. They never try to pressure and up-sell you, and have a huge selection of SNS dipping powder, color powders and gel polishes. Even with their regular polish, they only carry the big brand names like OPI and Essie.
My dipping powder is always as thin and natural looking like shellac, but last way longer. My first set stayed fresh and shiny for about three weeks. I highly recommend Venice Nails & Spa.

It's my first time here, I did a signature pedi and manicure all in shellac, lily was professional to do round square and short nail. The lady with blonde hair was also professional on my small toes pedicure. What's more impressive is I got a Christmas present! I thought that might be a chocolate or something else, and it turned out a full size of hand/body cream! How sweet of this place!!! Thank you, will definitely come again:)

I went in last week to get a holographic manicure. They did an amazing job! They shaped my nails really well, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. I have gotten so many compliments. It's been an entire week and my nails still look great.

Aside from that, the salon is very clean and has a nice ambiance. It doesn't smell strongly of nail polish or chemicals like some places do. They have a few fragrance diffusers that make it smell nice. They have a ton of colors in traditional nail polish, shellac, and the new dip polish.

They also have a frequent visitor card where you get $5 off after 5 visits, which is awesome! I'll definitely be back.

This place is the boom! My nails chips after a few days and I called and spoke to Jay. He just come in and we will fix them--no problem. And guys it was no problem even with him not being there. The young lady at the desk took care of me...and Linda was so detail. I think this is my new nail salon.

Just visiting the area and it was clean, nail techs did a very nice job. My husband goes with me sometimes and he really didn't want to get them done yesterday but is very glad that he did because he told me the next time we come to visit Pearland, we need to remember this place. I booked marked it so I would have it for the next time

Amazing work and amazing customer service! It's always hard to find a good place to get a manicure, pedicure, and wax but I think I found my new place while I'm here in Sugerland.

I got a great manicure by Jay. He was very nice and great at explaining things to me. He was also very patient with me because I have lots of questions sometimes. Lol He also did my nails fast and I loved them. I would definitely recommended him.

My pedicure was done my Lee. She was very sweet and did a great job. She also did my wax. I was very happy. I got the Signature Spa Pedicure which is an extension of their basic pedicure, & is an additional treatment using citrus Sugar Glow exfoliating (or other scent of choice) to eliminate dead skin cells, a massage, hot towel wraps and polish of choice. I loved it. Very relaxing.

For my polish I got both my nails and toes holographic. I've been wanting to get a holographic polish for so long and I finally found a place that does it and does it good.
The place is very nice and clean as well and the prices are fair. If you also go a certain amount of times you get $5 off and if something's happens with your nails like they get chipped or fall off they will fix them for free. I highly recommend trying Venice Nails and Spa. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Jay & Lee!

The man nail tech is really good but to get a pedicure here is okay. The wait is ridiculous I've visited 3 times and waited over 45 mins for a pedi

I decided to try this nail salon based on the reviews. I loved them! The salon was very clean and not crowded. It was wonderful to relax on a Sunday afternoon. Kay did my nails using dip powder #123 and I absolutely love them. My pedicure was wonderful too!

Wondered in to this nail shop randomly and I'm glad I did I love my nails an older woman I believe her name is Kim did such a great job she took her time and made sure each of my nails were perfection! She definitely put some of the younger nail techs I've been to to shame ! Will definitely be back !

Relaxing experience!! I asked for a mani/pedi and was paired with Kelly. OMG, my nails are great! She gave an excellent and thorough foot massage, damn near put me to sleep. She also did a great job with the nail shape and care itself. Since this was my first time going there, I was looking at everyone's nails and everyone's looked really nice I will definitely be going back here! But ask for Kelly if you can.

First of all they are very professional and the establishment is very clean. They also have a variety of colors of OPI and Essie.

I did a solar full set and I am extremely picky when they do acrylic nails. But I had Kristen who took the time about every detail! I have found my new place to get a full set!

So my sister and I decide to check out Venice after a smoothie date at the Jamba Juice close by. The salon is beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless.

Upon walking in, we were warmly greeted and offered refreshments. My sister decided to get a shellac manicure and I chose to get a colored powder full set. David did my nails and Lynn did hers.

David did an amazing job on my full set. He worked really quickly and precisely. He was very kind and paid a lot of attention to detail, making sure my nails were shaped perfectly.

The entire staff was very welcoming and kind.

We also got 20% off our services since we were first time customers.

Overall, warm and welcoming staff and precise and beautiful nail work.

Definitely will return. Highly recommend.

My favorite nail place. I've had my nails done, pedicures and eyebrows here for the last 4 months and every person that I've worked with has taken great care of me. Always friendly and smiling. The music is soothing and they always take time to make sure that they've offered a refreshment. I am so glad I found this little place!

This is a nice salon in Sugar Land. I got acrylic infills and a gel pedicure. The infills are maybe a 3 out of 5, they're a bit patchy and some of the white is a little smeared. The pedicure was awesome. Pay a bit more and get the jelly foot soak, it's so good! The salon is clean and the staff are friendly.

EXTREMELY pleased with the service here. Wonderful costumer service, all extremely friendly, and my girl paid so much attention to precision and detail. Very reasonable prices too. Could not be happier with my manicure here.

This was my first visit to Venice Nails & Spa. Everything about my experience was amazing. I didn't have an appointment but was still attended quick. My nail tech was Kristin she was very polite and attentive. I was very satisfied with how she did my acrylic color powder nails. Will definitely stop by again. Price was average for the area of Sugar Land ($35).

I came here before my vacation & it was a decision I made based on the rest of the Yelp reviews! Although I was satisfied with both my gel pedicure & the SNS that was done on my hands, the pricing was a little bit on the higher side! I would recommend coming here though if you want a good mani/pedi!

I was looking for a nail spa close to my residence. When I called them they were very professional over the phone. They were even better in person. This place was very relaxing and clean.
I received the dipping powder and deluxe pedi. Zen was so sweet and did a wonderful job on my nails. Julie did my pedicure and did an awesome job. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for a delightful experience.

I have been to this salon a total of four times now, and each time, the service has been impeccable. What I love the most is that all of the staff has been trained by the owner to perform all of the services in a consistent manner; so no matter who your tech is, he/she will perform the service with the same professional standard!
So far, I have had Q, Jay, and Zen do my SNS nails and all three were consistent. Tracie has done my pedicures, and she too is awesome. She also does great Shellac Manicures!
Another thing worth mentioning: The service has always been on point. Each time I have walked in (without an appointment) I have been seated quickly, offered a drink (water, soda, etc) and treated like VIP. I have finally found my permanent nail salon!

Zen started off removing my nails but a sweet 16 came in. I was worried she was going to forget about me but Jay stepped right in and finished my nail prep.

This nail spa gets 5 stars because the staff is supremely attentive. The shop is immaculate. It's quiet. Smells amazing. And the prices are competitive but fair.

First time here, got a shellac mani & pedi & I will deff say that Zen & tracie took well care of me! Not only did they do a great job, but they were very attentive and friendly! Will deff be going back thanks to those two ladies !

Came in here by chance because my other salon I usually go to was busy and I think I may have found my new salon! Me and my daughter came in here at around 5pm.. she got polish on her hands and feet and they were so sweet to her! Even offered doing an layer of glitter when she just picked a boring orange! She enjoyed her time there as well as I.

I got dipped nails done by Jay and my pedicure was done by Jenny. Pedicure was top notch and it has had to be one of the most relaxing pedicures I've ever had [even with my 5 year old daughter right next to me lol] I got pedicure with the jelly [i forgot what it was called] but they just added it to their line and do not pass up on it! Make sure you get it! It adds an extra sense of relaxation and nice smooth massage. As for my dipped nails I haven't gotten my nails done in forever so I totally forgot about the shapes but Jay was nice enough to show me on my own hand what shape I was asking for and made sure that it was what I wanted. Good thing he did that cause what I said I wanted I TOTALLY didn't. Lol...

Customer service was amazing. Even to the ladies who weren't working on me they were some extremely nice to me and my daughter. I will definitely be back!

This is one of the best nail salons I've ever been to! Very attentive to their customers and do fabulous work. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Will come back when I'm in the Sugarland area.

First time trying this place out. The service was good and prices are reasonable. I got a shellac manicure and it was $28.

I will definitely be returning. Oh and you can always return with your punch card and they will fix your nail at no charge.

Loved getting my nails done here!
I came in on Sunday around 4pm and they were able to easily fit me in.
I got the powder nails and the basic pedicure. Altogether it took about an hour. Highly recommend coming here for beautiful nails.

Bob does a great job on my powder acrylic nails. Some nails places lay it on too thick, but he applies just the right amount so it looks more natural. I receive compliments on my nails all the time. I've tried many nail salons in sugar land, and Bob is the best. Definitely recommend!

I love this place! I have been coming here for the past 5 months. Jay is who I usually go to, but pretty much everyone is experienced and professional. I don't remember all of their names but I would go to any of them! I've brought my daughter (11) with me a few times and they treated her with just as much courtesy as myself. They are always super friendly and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.

I've tried a handful of other nail salons in Sugar Land and was not pleased with the quality of work. The employees at Venice are thorough and allow you to enjoy your experience- mani, pedi, etc.

They have a variety of colors and have been able to accommodate any random/ trendy requests I have made. My nails usually last 3-4 weeks and still look shiny and new when I have them redone. If it weren't for nail growth and me getting tired of seeing the same color, I'm sure they would last a few more weeks. BUT if you do break or chip a nail, they will repair it for little or no cost if it's within a few days (and within reason/ do not take advantage of this!) **broken nail tip- keep the # of color in your purse or screenshot it and repair it with the exact match. With so many colors I assure you you will forget!

I've done shellac on my toes and they never chip (except for that one time I carelessly scraped it at the bottom of the pool). Tracie has done some cute designs for me and my daughter.

I'm ashamed to say I've paid more money for less work elsewhere. The prices at Venice are pretty reasonable. They are always offering suggestions of new products, either a new scent for pedi, or new powder for dipping or new pixie crystals for designs (see attached).

All in all I am pleased with the exceptional service provided here and will continue to refer my friends and family!

Really great nail spa in Sugar Land. I called for an appointment Sunday morning and was able to get in same day.

Facilities are clean, the people that work there are super nice, and I love how my nails turned out. They have a huge selection of Shellac and SNS colors. The pedis are also in nice massage chairs.

Also, shortly after I left the salon, the owner called me and let me know that my car looked like it had a flat tire (which it did and I'm now sitting in firestone 20 min before they close...) I am amazed by how much he went out of his way to let me know and would have recommended the salon even before this--but I highly recommend them even more now!

Took my mom here for a little relaxation and I can say that's certainly what we received if not more than what we expected.

Came here during lunch hours on a Thursday. Place was empty which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Technicians took their time and was thorough. I had Q on my hands and Amy on my feet.
While Q was a little rushed, the shellac job he gave was great. He couldn't do the design I asked for but that's okay, I'm perfectly happy with what I ended up with.
Amy was amazing. She definitely took the time to really clean my feet and take care of my toes. I haven't had a technician who took that much care for years! Because they weren't busy she took her time with every step of the process and really made it enjoyable. She also would ask periodically if I was okay or if it hurt etc. Much appreciated.
My mom took a little longer than me just because they didn't start her at the same time which is okay. They let me hang out next to her in the chair and continue to use the massaging portion while they finished her nails. My mom claimed that this will now be her permanent location.
Overall we will be going back to their amazing care. Our nails turned out perfect and just how we wanted.

I love this nail salon and am pretty picky! I started coming here several months ago. I got a basic pedicure the first couple times and my tech (Jenny) did a great job. She took time to actually massage my legs/feet and didn't rush through the prep time before polish. I got a dipping manicure last week and so far so good! I hadn't had one in several months so my nails weren't as long as usual, but I didn't want tips either. My tech (Vi) just shaped the nails and kept them as long as possible. She did exactly what I was looking for and the results are great! Would definitely recommend for service and pricing. The dipping is $40 with bare nails and $45 if you have polish on already. I was used to paying $35 either way, but they massage your hands here, unlike every other place I've been, so it feels more like a real manicure. The pedicure is $26 I think, but definitely less than $30 if it's not exactly that. They also have a rewards system where if you go 6 times, you get $5 off. Not a ton off, but better than nothing. I usually go during lunch during the week and there has never been a wait either.

From the time we walked in, the staff was friendly. I had the hot stone pedicure just to see what it is like. The service is completely worth it. They take their time and do things right. My wife got the same thing and was very impressed!

I bought a Groupon to try this nail salon out. It was very clean with a wide variety of polishes and services. The nail tech was nice and efficient. I got the shellac French and was in and out within 30 minutes. I thought the shellac would last longer than 9 days but sadly it has already started to crack, chip, and peel off. Regular polishes last about 2-3 weeks on my nails so it's pretty sad that their shellac can't match that. However, I came in and the fixed it immediately. They have so many colors so maybe I'll try something else next time.

I forgot to write my review when I checked in 3 weeks ago, lol. Anyways this place is amazing! They have the best massage chairs, and I've never seen a nail salon that's more organized then this one. It's beautiful inside and very relaxing. The staff here are professional and very nice. I got a shellac manicure & pedicure and got compliments at least twice a week. I've already told my friends about this place and I just booked my second appointment. This will probably be my permanent go to for my nails.

Got the signature pedicure with Bob. He did a great job! My friend and I were very pleased and will have to come back to try those dipping powders. The place was super clean, massage chairs on point, cloud ceiling and chandeliers very relaxing to look at.

It's a wonderful place and amazing services! You will get your money's worth. Sea-salt scrubs, hot-towel wraps, and massages are just a few of the pampering add-ons clients can expect at Venice. The nail techs can upgrade mani-pedis from basic to luxury levels, and they finish off their services with Essie and OPI polishes, including OPI or shellac no-chip polish for longer-lasting nail perfection. Along with natural nail-care services, the techs also beautify nails with color acrylic or gel sets, and they can rid clients of unwanted facial and body hair with waxing services. I will definitely recommend this salon to everyone and I feel like there is no such word can describe how much I love this nails salon.

Im glad I gave the salon a second chance. Got a completely different experience! Q did an amazing job on my SNS dipping. I discovered that he did it correctly it was nothing like the first time I got it done. He took his time and filed down my nails like they are supposed to. Put cuticle oil, lotion, shaped my nails, and filed them down something that didn't happen the fist time. Thank you Q!

I have finally found my "go to" nail spot! Zen did my nails and she was very nice and sweet and did an AMAZING job! Kelly did my sister-in-law nails and she was also pleased. We both got the SNS nail dip. I will definitely be back!

I tried Venice nails for the first time today and got a shellac mani with Jay. I explained my concerns about the paint lifting after a few days and he took the time to pay extra attention to my trouble spots, as well as not making the paint too thick. He even offered to have me come back and problem solve if it started lifting in a couple of days. GREAT experience and customer service, and my nails look the best they've ever looked! I will most definitely be back!

Traveling with my job and accidentally found this Nail shop. I really enjoyed my Pedicure and Manicure. This was a clean shop with exceptional service. I forgot my favorite tennis shoes and the owner called me and waited for me to pick them up. The prices are a little bit more, but it was worth the great service!! Love it! I'm a travel nurse and not familiar with the area. I noticed it after I had lunch at Blaze pizza. The salon was clean and everything seemed new and fresh! Everyone was so nice and attentive! Plus, I got 20% off each service. I had a spa pedicure, gel manicure and eyebrow wax! I will definitely be a regular here!
